Continuous Annealing Wire Drawing Machine

Description
Continuous annealing wire drawing machine is also called wire drawing machinery with continuous anneal. This wire drawing mill is mainly applicable for copper wire drawing and annealing. As for annealing process, this machine adopts electrical contact type annealing. The electrode introduces large current into copper wire through annealing wheel (contact wheel) for pre-heating and heating. Preheating means the copper wires are heated with max temperature of 250 degree below oxidation point. And heating means the copper wires are heated to an annealing temperature (usually 500 to 550 degree) and are recrystallized. The heating zone is equipped with steam protection so as to keep copper wires from oxidation. Finally, with water cooling, the whole annealing process is finished.

Needed Tools for the Whole Production Line
1. Wire drawing emulsion, the emulsion pool (suggested volume 15 m3), cooling pond and circling system are needed for drawing wires.
2. Copper rod, whole set wire drawing die and cable rolls should be installed in a trial run.
3. Splicer needs mounting on the continuous annealing wire drawing machine so as to connect the copper rod and broken copper end.

The warranty period of mechanical parts is one year and half a year for electrical equipments. Quick-wear parts are excluded.
