Description
This is a kind of vertical single layer wrapping machine (single layer wire taping machine). Working Principle of Single Layer Wrapping Machine
The singe layer wire taping machine adopts belt transmission through alternating current dynamo. A pair of bevel gears is driven to move so as to make the wrapping drum rotate to right and left direction. And the core wire rotates positively and negatively with the dragging wheel. Stepless transmission can be adjusted so as to meet the needs of the different winding pitch by changing the rotate speed of dragging wheel. Users can choose suitable wrapping mould, lapping type, width and wrapping direction according to their production process.  

Operation Steps of Single Layer Wrapping Machine
1. Select wrapping mould, model, width and lapping direction in accordance with manufacturing process.
2. After threading, adjust the wrapping tension in line with wrapping width (just adjust the tension nut). And at the same time turn on the wrapping switch and leading switch. Run the wrapping rotate turn knob (potentionmeter) and the leading rotate knob (potentionmeter) with both hands.
3. Then observe the overlapping ratio of wrapping tape. If the overlapping ratio needs enlarging, users can turn up the leading turn knob and turn down the wrapping rotate knob. If it needs lessening, just conduct reverse operation.
4. Take-up tension can adjust the tension nut according to the wire diameter.
5. Array pitch adjuster can regulate transverses and stop nut according to coil width.
