Annealing-Tinning Machine
Description
Annealing tinning machine is mainly used to produce stranded ACSR (aluminum conductor steel reinforced), aluminum wires, copper wires, aluminum-clad steel strands, control cables and optional fiber composite overhead ground wire (OPGW) and so on. This continuous annealing tin coating machine is made up of annealing furnace (control box), steam system, circulating water cooling system, blowing system, drying stove, leading machine and coiling machine.
This annealing tinning machine series can be divided into different types with different applications. For example, 24 heads, 32heads and 40heads continuous annealing tin coating machine is suitable for copper wire, copper clad aluminum (CCA) wires, copper clad steel (CCS) wires and brass wires. 24 heads tinning machine is applicable for PV ribbon.
