Three layer wrapping machine is a vertical three layer taping machine for wires and cables. Working Principle
Three layer wrapping machine is a kind of wrapping machine with three heads. This three layer taping machine adopts belt turntable rotation through inverter motor so as to make the wrapping drum rotate to right, middle and left respectively. And the core wire rotates positively and negatively through three lapping. Thus, it carries out three-time wrapping so as to achieve the goal of three times lapping. Stepless transmission is regulated so as to adjust revolution speed according to different requirements of lay of lapping.
