Performance

Copper rod drive is taken as take-up wheel drive mode. It is fed by electric hoist the whole piece of electrolytic copper. AC servo motor drive is adopted as upward hauling drive. Gapless synchronic gear belt transmission is employed as transmission chain. In addition, 17 mm copper rods continuous casting machinery makes use of manual clamp, digital display and servo motor controlled by touch screen display.
