Copper conduit annealing tinning machine is applicable for annealing and tinning copper wires (Ø 0.10-Ø 0.32 mm, Ø 0.25-Ø 0.8 mm). It consists of 40 head pay-off stand, tube copper wire soft surface, copper drying surface, single wheel take up machine, electrical control box and copper wire soft surface.
This copper annealing machine adopts curl flyer or tension wire. It employs conduit annealing method and double furnace hot mold scraping tin plating. This copper conduit annealing tinning machine takes fission cantilever or integrated pattern as its leading mode. And gear motor is installed for wire control.
