Description
Low speed copper rod breakdown mill is highly effective in drawing and coiling aluminum and copper wires. It consists of gearbox wire drawing machine, shaftless double plate take-up machine, a set of electrical control system and a pay-off-rack. This low speed cone-type drawing machine can draw copper wires from 8 mm to 3.0 mm and aluminum rod from 9.5 mm to 3.0 mm. After annealing, the finished copper wires are checked and accepted according to the standards of National Electrician Round Copper Wire. And the change of the outer diameter is below plus-minus 0.01 mm. Besides, there is no surface defect between single wire drawing die and take-up reel. The surface is bright, clean and round.

The whole process is non-stop. The outlet wires are of no raw silk, high quality and efficiency. Capstan adopts variable frequency drive independently for quick change of dies. All the needed wire diameters are input by touching machine. We only need to change the final export mold.
