Description
Wet wire drawing machines, also known as water tank wire drawing machines, are ideal equipment for modern steel cord production. They are composed of host machine, take-up machine, outlet wire machine and electric control cabinet. They consist of four groups of cone pulleys as well. These wet wire drawing machines are applicable for drawing high -carbon steel wire, mild steel wire and 0.70-0.92C% steel cord.
These water tank wire drawing machines are designed with 21 passes so as to improve total reduction and inlet tensile strength. Also, these wet wire drawing machines are equipped with constant tension adjustment system so as to enhance the take-up quality of steel wires. The outlet wires pass through pulley block type guide roller. And the movable block is provided with adjustable weight balance lever arm. And the moment of balance weight determines constant tension force during the wire drawing process. When the mould diameter change leads to the variation of wire length, the shifted signal on the movable block will timely reports to PLC. After calculating and timely adjusting the revolving speed of take-up motor, the wet wire drawing machine and take-up machine will be synchronic in take-up speed.
These water tank wire drawing machines adopt winding mechanism of horizontal take-up machine. With double synchronous cog belt, the cable pushrod can conduct reciprocating wire drawing. This mechanism can improve the take-up quality and is beneficial for dual twisting machine to pay-off. Besides, this winding mechanism can adapt to various specifications of spools. The pay-off machine of these wet wire drawing machines have the automatic control function of pay-off damping pneumatic proportional valve. This makes the water tank wire drawing machine with the improved defensive function. What’s more, these machines can be left unattended.
